Daniel Bouju Empereur XO

Because Jean Fillioux Tres Vieux for the nightcap almost disappeared, I purchase the upper class of Daniel Bouju Brut de Fut Royal  which I sampled the other day, Empereur XO. Anything seems to be good after a meal to have with Chateau La Tour 61. Is it true?

Somehow it smells and I taste and sit down on wallop together. I find out that the complicated taste is kept deeply, but I lie in the inside too much, and you can't enjoy yourself not completely satisfactory. The complication by which the individuality hardens and changes with time from the beginning to the end can enjoy Brut de Fut Royal, but also the fragrance as well as time also weaken for this. I think the fragrance shuts itself up and doesn't leave by glass of narrow-mouth like Riedel, and even if I experiment on a wide-mouthed glass, it's same. I find out that there are no impurities certainly, but it's too pure. It can't help be severe evaluation as 25th vintage of Ground Champagne Cognac.
